This has included Management Consulting, Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, Marketing and Distribution Services, Healthcare, Textile Industry and Retail Services. In addition, he has managed business critical operations in start-ups and established businesses.
He has a strong academic background in Engineering and Business Administration (MBA). He has effectively combined a logical and analytical approach to solving complex problems with the proven capacity to transition ideas from the creative concept to practical implementation. Furthermore, he has successfully managed the complete lifecycle of projects and change initiatives that have substantially improved performance and profitability in hugely competitive sectors.

Mohamed’s passion is centered around driving change in organisations at incremental and transformational scale. He has managed Change Projects and Operational Excellence initiatives as well as maintaining a close focus on maximising stakeholders’ understanding of a change initiative thereby increasing engagement, buy-in and support.
